Your health is the priority. Stay healthy and fit. Include vegetable, nuts and fruits. Eliminate processed food, carbonated drinks and junk food. Check on food that keeps your hormone healthy. Food planner always excites me. Start with the breakfast, followed by lunch, snack meal and dinner.

Care for your skin. Pamper it. Get into the regular skin care routine. Use mask, tonner, serum, moisturizer and sunscreen.
